Vacancy: Steel Fabrication Factory Manager – Business Growth Focus

We are seeking a results- driven Mechanical Engineer to lead our steel fabrication operations with a clear mandate: expand market share and drive revenue in Kuwait’s industrial and oil & gas sectors.

Core Profile:

Bachelors in mechanical engineering

• 10+ years in steel fabrication, 5+ years in leadership (Gulf/Kuwait experience essential)

• Proven track record in business development: securing fabrication contracts, building client relationships, and winning repeat business

• Expert in competitive, market- based costing—able to price accurately for tenders and direct orders in Kuwait

• Strong design coordination skills (AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar)

• Deep knowledge of industrial client needs: oil & gas, power, water, and heavy infrastructure

• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage

Key Expectations:

• Grow our fabrication business—identify new clients, respond to opportunities, and convert inquiries into projects

• Manage end- to- end fabrication with zero tolerance for cost overruns or delays

• Prepare approved, executable costing sheets before any commitment

• Optimize supplier and subcontractor networks for speed, quality, and competitiveness

• Ensure technical excellence while maintaining commercial discipline and profitability
