Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner

Explain menu items, including modern Indian dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods

Make recommendations based on guest preferences, including food and beverage pairings

Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen

Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns quickly

Handle billing, payments, and transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/server in a restaurant (preferably upscale or modern dining)

Knowledge or interest in Indian cuisine is highly preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast- paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with modern Indian or fusion cuisine

Basic knowledge of food allergies and dietary restrictions

Upselling and guest engagement skills

Multilingual abilities are a plus
