Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Waitress cum operation handle to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. You will be maintaining table cleanliness, and addressing customer needs promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Explain dishes and make recommendations based on guest preferences.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with Japanese dining etiquette and restaurant standards.

Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.

Follow hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.

Support the team in opening and closing duties as required.

Business Handle:

Handle with online booking plat form such as Seven Rooms.

Whats App Business and Customer Response.

Ability to take good photos/videos at restaurant.

Knowledge and ability to use computers and tap.

Well Spoken, Smart, Efficient.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress role is preferred. Minimum 2 3 Years.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and dining style is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.

Must be currently in Kuwait with valid residency (Article 18) and transferable visa.
