Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing the receiving and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and train warehouse staff. Schedule shifts and oversee daily workloads.

Operations Management: Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities. Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (OSHA compliance). Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to maintain high inventory accuracy.

Problem Solving: Resolve day- to- day operational bottlenecks, shipping discrepancies, or equipment issues promptly.
