Position Title: Water Filter Technician

 Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Water Filter Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential water filtration systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of home water treatment technologies, excellent technical skills, and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.

 Key Responsibilities

• Install residential water filtration and purification systems according to manufacturer specifications.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain water filtration equipment.

• Replace filters, membranes, UV lamps, pumps, valves, and other system components.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and system performance checks.

• Test water quality and recommend appropriate filtration solutions based on customer needs.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in filtration systems.

• Explain system operation, maintenance requirements, and filter replacement schedules to customers.

• Maintain accurate service reports and installation records.

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.

• Manage tools, spare parts, and service inventory efficiently.

 Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with residential water filtration or water treatment systems.

• Must be a holder of Transferrable Visa.

 Strong knowledge of:

• Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems

• Whole- house water filtration systems

• Water softeners

• UV water purification systems

• Carbon and sediment filtration

• Booster pumps and pressure tanks

• Ability to read technical manuals and installation diagrams.

• Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Valid driver's license (preferred).

• Ability to lift equipment and work at customer locations.

 Required Skills

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Time management and organizational skills.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple water treatment brands.

• Knowledge of water quality testing procedures.

• Technical certifications related to plumbing or water treatment are an advantage.

 Working Conditions

• Field- based role involving travel to customer homes.

• Occasional weekend or emergency service calls may be required.
