Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or e- commerce industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.

- Excellent problem- solving abilities and a track record of driving process improvements.

- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.

- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

- Must be visa 18 transferable and fluent in both Arabic and English.
