Employment Terms and Conditions

Contract Term: The employment contract shall be valid for a period of three (3) years.

Position: Consumer Order Delivery Driver (Motorcycle).

Duty Hours: The employee shall work 12 hours per day. Duty shifts will be booked and managed through the company’s mobile application.

Salary: Based on orders completed (commission- based)

Leave Entitlement: The employee is entitled to two (2) days of leave per month, in accordance with company policy.

Transportation: The company shall provide a motorcycle for official, duty- related tasks only.

SIM & Internet: The company shall provide a SIM card and monthly internet package for work- related communication and application usage.

Accommodation: The company shall provide shared bachelor accommodation at the company’s designated housing facilities.
