We are hiring CONTRACT TECHNICAL ASSISTANT -VI

Job Responsibilities:

1. Drafting formatting company's standard memo for various phases of tender/contracts events.

2. Generating Tender Schedule as per Leadership Committee's KPM cycle through MS Project.

3. formatting the tender package, conversation to PDF and uploading the same in e- Beams prior to Issuance of tender. CD/DVD preparation during various phases of tender/contract.

Qualifications:

1. Secretarial Education + training course in relevant field, Diploma/University Degree.

2. with Atleast 2 yrs of experience in the same field.

3. Excellent in communication and written skills.

4. Fluent in english.

5. transferable visa 18 (Ahli)

6. Can join immediately.

Location: Ahmadi

Basic Salary : 500KD plus allowances
