TECHNICAL ASSISTANT I, II, III
2.1 Minimum Qualification and Experience
2.1.1 For Technical Assistant I: Two (2) year Diploma in Business Administration or
equivalent with minimum of thirteen (13) years’ experience OR Graduate with minimum
of eleven (11) years’ experience.
2.1.2 For Technical Assistant II: Two (2) year Diploma in Business Administration or
equivalent with minimum of eleven (11) years’ experience OR Graduate with minimum
of nine (9) years’ experience.
2.1.3 For Technical Assistant III: Two (2) year Diploma in Business Administration or
equivalent with minimum of nine (9) years’ experience OR Graduate with minimum of
seven (7) years’ experience.
2.1.4 Ability to use MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Job Description
Performs office assistance duties, which include carrying out all office reception,
secretarial and general administrative duties, operating all kinds of office machinery,
maintaining office records/files, preparing various reports, correspondence and
tabulations and processing them as directed.
