Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of HR best practices, Kuwait employment laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
