•0- 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration

•Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS).

•Familiarity with troubleshooting and technical support.

•Proficiency in MS Office and basic networking tools.

•Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
