We are looking for a skilled and passionate Korean Cook / Chef to join our team for our upcoming/established Korean culinary concept. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional and modern Korean cuisine, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high- standard kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present authentic Korean dishes according to standard recipes .

• Manage the daily operations of the assigned kitchen section.

• Ensure all food preparation meets strict quality, taste, and presentation standards.

• Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with Kuwait municipality laws.

• Monitor inventory, manage food waste, and assist in ordering raw ingredients and specialty Korean sauces.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional cooking experience specializing in Korean cuisine.

• Strong knowledge of authentic Korean ingredients, fermentation techniques, and flavor profiles.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast- paced environment.

• Good communication skills .
