We are hiring Sales Administrator!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.

• 2- 4 years of experience in a sales administration or support role.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

• Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations

and assisting in meeting sales goals.

• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured and

communicated to the appropriate departments.

• Maintain sales records, update CRM systems, and prepare sales reports for

management.

• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

• Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients, ensuring prompt

follow- ups and responses to inquiries.

• Monitor and track inventory levels to support sales processes, ensuring

product availability for customer orders.

• Assist in managing sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, and

contracts, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and filed properly.
