We are looking for a Salon Manager / Supervisor to manage a Home Service Beauty Salon in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize home service booking schedules.

- Supervise and follow up with the staff to ensure high service quality.

- Coordinate with clients and confirm appointments.

- Ensure smooth daily operations of the salon services.

- Monitor staff performance and maintain professional service standards.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.

- Track and manage salon products and equipment.

- Previous experience in managing a beauty salon or home service salon.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Good organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.

- Basic knowledge of using phone applications and messaging for booking management.
