Job Title: Online Store Manager

Responsibilities:

Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the online store, including order fulfillment, supply chain management, procurement, inbound and last- mile logistics, and warehouse operations. Plan and schedule relevant activities effectively.

Operational Reporting: Create detailed operational reports to analyze and communicate online fulfillment performance and insights to senior management and operational teams.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order cycle times, error rates, and customer satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement.

Procedure Development: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and order fulfillment to align with business objectives.

Inventory Management: Track inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet demand while avoiding excess inventory that could become obsolete or damaged.

Requirements:

Nationality: We are seeking Arab nationals.

Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with demonstrated experience in managing a large team in previous roles.
