We are looking for a dynamic Accountant cum Human Resources to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling both financial management and human resource functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and data entry.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain records of expenses, budgets, and invoices.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Human Resources Functions:
Manage employee records and Human Resources documentation.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Support payroll management and attendance tracking.
Assist in performance evaluation and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and Human Resources policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources , or related field.
3 5 Years of experience in Accounting and Human Resources roles (preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Human Resources practices.
Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP, or related software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
