We are a leading company in Steel Fabrication, Trading, Construction, and Equipment Leasing, with a strong focus on serving the Oil & Gas sector in Kuwait. To expand our activities, we are establishing a Trading Department and are seeking a highly qualified professional to lead it.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Engineer or Senior Technical Professional with strong commercial expertise to develop and manage our new Trading Department. The ideal candidate will have proven success in selling and leasing industrial equipment, a strong network of local clients in Kuwait, and established connections with international suppliers and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the company’s Trading Department.

• Identify and introduce new business lines and opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients (KOC, KNPC, EPC contractors, industrial & commercial companies).

• Develop partnerships and secure agency agreements with leading international equipment suppliers.

• Oversee the sales, leasing, and tendering activities of industrial equipment.

• Ensure all products comply with Oil & Gas sector standards and specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (preferred) or senior- level technical background.

• 10+ years of experience in industrial equipment trading, sales, or leasing, preferably in the Oil & Gas or construction sector.

• Strong network of local clients in Kuwait and connections with international suppliers/OEMs.

• Proven ability to set up and grow a trading business unit.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
