Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, fostering positive and professional relationships.

Requirements:

⁠Proven experience in plant care, terrarium design, or nursery operations.

⁠Strong knowledge of plant varieties, soil types, and watering requirements.

⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

⁠Creative, detail- oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.

Physically fit, reliable, and customer- oriented.
