We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the maintenance of vehicles, manage the disposal of scrap items, and lead a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive or mechanical field, possess excellent leadership skills, and have the ability to ensure smooth workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day- to- day operations of the workshop, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.

Manage the disposal and handling of scrap items in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles are serviced regularly.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues, providing technical support to the team as needed.

Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards within the workshop.

Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and tools, coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement.

Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Prepare regular reports on workshop performance and vehicle condition for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.

5 to 10 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, workshop management, or a related field.

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance procedures.

Proven experience in managing a team within a workshop environment.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
