Hiring: Workshop Supervisor (Hardware Tools Company)

Supervise daily workshop operations and allocate technical tasks, ensuring timely completion of repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance

Must Have experience not less than 5 years in the same

Perform and oversee fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and ensure all work meets manufacturer technical standards

Guide and train technicians on technical procedures, tools usage, and best practices

Inspect completed jobs for technical accuracy, safety, and readiness for delivery or showroom display

Coordinate technical requirements with showroom & warehouse, including parts and job priorities

Maintain technical records, manage tools and spare parts, and ensure HSE compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement
