We are looking for experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a numbers- driven professional with a deep understanding of the real estate sector and the ability to bridge communication gaps in a bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Develop and manage comprehensive real estate budgets, monitoring project costs and variance analysis.

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.

Ensure all financial practices meet legal standards and internal audit requirements.

Provide financial insights for property management and development teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience (prior experience in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred).

Language Skills: Professional in English and Arabic(would be an advantage)

Prefered Nationaity : Indian and Pakistan inside country.
