Your mission at Kunafahaz: You'll prepare eye- catching recipes for our diverse customer, and contribute into building our menu for our brand. Ensure all the recipes are commercial and standardised for consistence output. Through your dedication to quality and continuous learning, you'll help us lead the way in baking world.
Responsibilities:
Cinnamon Roll Recipe Improvement:
Analyze our current cinnamon roll recipe and identify areas for enhancement.
Develop and standardize a new recipe that ensures consistency in taste, texture, and quality.
Provide detailed instructions for preparation and baking to ensure replicability.
Versatile Dough Recipe Development:
Create a comprehensive dough recipe suitable for making at least four different pastries, such as croissants, danishes, or puff pastries.
Include instructions for proper handling, storage, and baking to achieve optimal results with each pastry type.
Ensure the dough recipe is versatile and easy to scale for different quantities.
Documentation:
Supply clear, detailed written recipes and instructions.
Provide any necessary training materials or guidance for our team to execute the recipes effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in baking with a strong portfolio showcasing successful recipes.
Expertise in developing and standardizing bakery recipes.
Ability to create versatile dough recipes suitable for a variety of pastries.
Strong attention to detail and ability to document recipes and processes clearly.
Excellent communication skills for providing instructions and potential follow- up consultation.
