About the Role

Raw Life is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer- focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare high- quality coffee, deliver excellent customer service, and support the daily operations of the store.

Responsibilities

* Prepare coffee and beverages to a high standard

* Welcome and assist customers

* Explain and recommend Raw Life products

* Operate the cashier and process customer purchases

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and store

* Restock products and supplies as needed

* Support the team with day- to- day store operations

* Follow food safety and hygiene standards

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Responsible, punctual, and organized

* Ability to work in a fast- paced environment

* Previous barista experience is required.

* Basic English communication skills
