We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Arabic and English to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Provide assistance and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Follow up on orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
Fluent in and English, both spoken and written,Arabic (spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem- solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
