Strong knowledge of HR procedures and policies

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and documentation

Good organizational and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information

Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes

Prepare HR letters, contracts, and official documents in Arabic

Handle employee records and HR correspondence

Support daily HR operations and staff coordination
