We are hiring for an Operations Manager for an Italian Restaurant
The Operation Manager will be responsible for managing overall restaurant operations, leading the service team, and maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage day- to- day restaurant operations
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Prepare staff schedules , manage attendance , and conduct performance reviews
• Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize wastage
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and labour regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management teams for smooth operations
• Analyse sales performance and implement revenue growth strategies
• Ensure proper use of POS systems and accurate reporting
Candidate Requirements:
• Bilingual
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a operations manager or similar role
• Strong background in F&B operations and customer service excellence
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends , and public holidays
