Job Summary

The Operations Manager oversees daily operations across production, warehouse, logistics, and delivery to ensure flower quality, freshness, cost control, and on- time order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day- to- day operations including production, warehousing, logistics, and dispatch.

Ensure proper handling and storage of flowers; enforce FIFO for all perishable stock.

Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Logistics teams.

Monitor inventory, expiry, wastage, and operational costs.

Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Lead, train, and monitor operational staff performance.

Prepare basic operational and performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, or related field.

5–8 years’ experience in operations (flower/FMCG/perishable goods preferred).

Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
