Role Description: On- site Sales Executive role based in Kuwait City. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across retail and HoReCa channels, including cooperative societies, hypermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and catering services. Daily tasks include visiting clients, presenting product portfolios, negotiating terms, preparing quotations, and closing sales in line with revenue and margin targets. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, monitoring market trends, gathering feedback, and coordinating with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and product availability. The Sales Executive will also prepare regular sales reports, update CRM or sales tracking tools, and support trade marketing activities such as in- store promotions, tastings, and product launches.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in field sales or account management, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or HoReCa distribution.

Ability to build and maintain long- term customer relationships with retail and HoReCa partners.

Solid negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in a multicultural business environment.

Good understanding of Kuwait's retail and food service market dynamics, competitors, and consumer trends.

Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.

Valid residency and eligibility to work in Kuwait; valid driving license is an advantage.

Customer- focused mindset, high level of integrity, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
