The Sales Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving individual sales targets, and representing the brand with professionalism while maintaining the highest standards of service and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and deliver a premium shopping experience.

Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Promote additional products through upselling and cross- selling.

Maintain excellent knowledge of products, promotions, and brand standards.

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Support inventory counts and stock control activities.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree is preferred.

1–3 years of retail sales experience.

Experience in luxury retail, premium FMCG, or the food & beverage industry is preferred.

Chocolate retail or confectionery industry experience is highly preferred.

Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
