The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing and organizing all warehouse and storage operations, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring materials are issued and received in line with company standards. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in F&B inventory management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items in the store.
Issue supplies to kitchen and outlet staff according to approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the management.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and storage standards.
Prepare daily and weekly inventory and stock usage reports.
Coordinate with the purchasing and accounting teams for material reconciliation.
Maintain a clean and organized storage area at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory or warehouse management is a plus.
3–5 years of proven experience as a Store Keeper in F&B, hospitality, or catering.
Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and food storage standards.
Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP or inventory systems.
Age must not exceed 40 years old.
Ready to join immediately.
Physically fit and able to work 12- hour shifts.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
