About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer responsible for the technical aspects of maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving company equipment, machinery, and facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement in maintenance practices while complying with engineering and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs for vehicles, equipment, and facilities.

• Plan, track, and follow up on routine maintenance schedules, inspections, and servicing, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Take responsibility for company vehicle maintenance, including repairs and performance monitoring.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues efficiently.

• Analyze performance data and recommend improvements, modifications, or replacements.

• Assist and provide technical support to engineers, mechanics, electricians, and technicians, including guidance and training.

• Support selection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and technologies.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, and reports.

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.

• Coordinate with production, engineering, and safety teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within industrial, manufacturing, or workshop environments.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.

• Ability to analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.

• Excellent troubleshooting, problem- solving, and analytical skills.

• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead maintenance teams effectively.
