Key Responsibilities

Drink Preparation: Craft coffee, espresso- based drinks, teas, and smoothies following recipes and techniques.

Customer Service: Greet guests, answer menu questions, provide recommendations, and resolve complaints.

Operations & Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and cafe equipment.

Sales & Inventory: Process cash/credit transactions and restock supplies, including coffee beans and dairy products.

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean work environment, including counters, seating areas,station.

Requirements & Skills

Experience: Previous customer service or coffee industry experience is preferred.

Knowledge: Familiarity with brewing techniques, coffee equipment, and health/safety regulations.

Skills: Good communication, multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts,including weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent(Food safety)

Ready to join immediately,Visa 18 Ahli,salary based on experience.
