About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and hands- on Operations Manager to oversee our specialty coffee shops and restaurant operations across multiple branches. The ideal candidate must have solid leadership experience, strong operational discipline, and deep knowledge of specialty coffee standards.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience managing specialty coffee shops and restaurants

• Strong background in multi- branch operations

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Hospitality, Management, or related field)

• Deep knowledge in:

• P&L management

• SOP creation and implementation

• Food Safety & Hygiene standards

• Inventory control & cost management

• Staff training, coaching, and performance management

• Ability to lead teams with discipline, motivation, and clear direction

• Strong communication and problem- solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple branches

• Ensure high- quality service, product consistency, and customer satisfaction

• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

• Develop, update, and enforce SOPs for all departments

• Maintain strict Food Safety and hygiene compliance

• Lead recruitment, training, and staff development

• Monitor inventory, wastage, and supply chain efficiency

• Implement operational improvements and business growth strategies

• Work closely with management to achieve company goals
