We are hiring enthusiastic and responsible Customer Service Operators to work as Game Station Facilitators in our entertainment centre. This role involves directly assisting guests at assigned game zones, ensuring smooth gameplay, maintaining safety, and delivering an engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests at the game station and explain how to play

• Ensure guests follow safety and play instructions

• Monitor and operate the assigned game or activity station

• Reset, clean, and prepare the station between sessions

• Report any technical issues or guest incidents to the supervisor

• Manage queue lines and ensure fair play

• Keep the area clean, organized, and visually appealing

• Offer assistance to children, families, or anyone needing support

• Promote a fun and positive atmosphere for all visitors
