We are looking for a motivated and detail- oriented Operations Coordinator to join our freight forwarding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate air, sea, and land freight shipments from origin to destination.

Communicate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.

Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Air Waybills.

Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.

Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.

Resolve shipment issues and maintain accurate operational records.

Requirements:

Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations is preferred.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is an advantage
